The Town of Windsor is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms with a proven track record and relevant project experience related to providing professional engineering services for the study and design of a storm drainage system from Chestnut Street to Eastman Park Drive.The Chestnut Street to Eastman Park Drive Drainage Study/Design is a two component project. The first component involves a detailed review of the current Town of Windsor Drainage Master Plan followed by further drainage evaluation and development of two conceptual alternative drainage design alignments and associated conceptual construction costs. After selection of the preferred alternative is made by Town staff, the consultant will develop final design drawings for construction of the selected alternative and final construction cost estimate.
Remove and install sanitary sewer, asphalt patching and landscape restoration.
The work is to be performed on various streets and shall include, but limited to: painting of traffic lanes, bicycle lanes, guidelines, application of thermoplastic messages and marking and their traffic markings as designated and/or required by the City of Chowchilla. Contractor is to provide all equipment, labor, materials and services as may be necessary for completing the work identified in the Scope of Work and Standards.
The Work of this Contract consists of the replacement of sidewalks, curb & gutters, access ramps, cross pans, storm inlets, and other concrete structures.

The City of Brighton by and through its Division of Procurement & Contracts is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the 50 N Main Flooding Mitigation and Chase Drain Replacement as stated in the Technical Specifications of this Invitation to Bid.Trench Drains - The City installed a trench drain system to drain an alley in downtown. The trench drains were installed approximately 20 years ago. The trench drain is adjacent to the foundation of buildings on either side of the alley. Over the years, water has begun to infiltrate the basements of the buildings due to the proximity to the foundation.Chase Drains - There are seven old and corroded chase drains that need to be replaced for safety and aesthetic reasons. The chase drains carry water through parking "bump outs" in the downtown area.
The work of this contract consists of slurry sealing and/ chip sealing Jacoby Road, Eastman Park Drive, Beacon Way, Boardwalk Drive, Windjammer Drive, Sunset Bay Drive, Saginaw Pointe Drive, Whitney Court, Rock Bridge Court, and Cobble Court and the parking lots at Eastman Park and Boardwalk Park. The Work to be accomplished under this Contract generally includes the improvement of Willow Street from Atlantic Avenue to Cherry Avenue, 28th and 29th Streets from Walnut Avenue to Cherry Avenue, Gardena Avenue 28th Street to 29th Street, and Gaviota Street from Hill Street north to cul-de-sac. The Work includes cold milling, paving, curb and gutter, street reconstruction, signing and striping, pavement markings, traffic loops and all appurtenant Work as shown on the Plans and Specifications.
